The staff were very helpful and incredibly friendly and offered guidance. My room included it's own balcony, climate control, and a dining area. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably good and slices of fresh bread and cereals were great.

Hotel overlooked the castle and the room was clean and bright. The venue's location was great and stunning, on the hill with a market and stores within walking distance. There was an authentic restaurant nearby.

The hotel was in the central setting to Neuschwanstein castle. The breakfast was exceptional and exceptionally good with many selections and served in the dining area. The employees where amazingly nice and welcoming.
Well, the bathroom was very cold and Wi-Fi connection was weak.

This quaint little hotel is based in a lovely building and has an authentic restaurant. Very very helpful and brilliantly friendly people are working there. The rooms are good sized, bright, and come with a balcony, climate control, and a dining area. The venue is in an excellent location very near to the bus stop. Every time we stay in Schwangau, like to stay here...

The hotel was situated in the central location right in the center of Schwangau. What's more, it was really close to lake and Neuschwanstein castle, and the buses and train. I had breakfast in the dining area and everything was fantastic.

the location of the hotel is marvellous, just next door to neuschwanstein castle, and restaurant. again, it's 15 minutes drive from a yellow gothic castle. the room is new-fashioned, air-conditioned and has castle views. the bed is soft, slept really good.

This hotel was a great find for the price. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of Castle Neuschwanstein. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop and close to hiking trails. The breakfast included in our stay had a wide selection and offered a spectacular view of the castle.
